Rachel is a top notch instructor! I started with the intent on taking a doberge cake class & enjoyed it so much, that I have continued to return for a variety of other classes that she offers. It’s worth the drive from Baton Rouge. I even purchased a membership which allows for a discount on the classes. I’ve learned a variety of skills that include working with fondant, cake & cookie decorating, cake carving & chocolate making. I’ve been amazed at what I’ve been able to accomplish with her instruction.
